INSURED PARCEL SHIPPING is our multi-carrier shipping software in single-page layout.

Insurance covers transit from parcel acceptance by approved carrier to proof of delivery by approved carrier to consignee. (Always get a carrier acceptance scan!)

Values over $50,000, or over $10,000 over weekends, or over $10,000 cash require a "Turtle" (sealed security package), a Fraudstopper (tamper-evident sealed bag) or Digital SmartBox. All are available from TransGuardian.

SNAP!, Shield, and Passport require Microsoft Silverlight. If you do not have Silverlight on your computer already, you will be prompted to download it. The installation process is self-guided, quick, and safe.

The programs require Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher.

Silverlight will run on Macs made after 2006 (Intel-based Macs). You must be running Mac OS X (Ten) and use either Firefox or Safari as your internet browser.

For users who cannot download Microsoft Silverlight, other user interfaces are available.
