You supplier has invited you to submit a Trade Risk Analysis Application to Transguardian so that your
supplier can sell you valuable merchandise on terms.
Your Supplier is a client of Transguardian, Inc. and uses Transguardian's service to analyze credit
risk and for Trade Risk Coverage.
How to Log In
Use the User ID (yours) and temporary password given to you by your Supplier. There is no charge to
you for this service.
PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TEMPORARY PASSWORD AS SOON AS YOU LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME, SO THAT YOUR CONFIDENTIAL
DATA WILL BE PROTECTED. WRITE DOWN YOUR BUSINESS ID NUMBER AND PASSWORD IN A SAFE PLACE.
For the security of your confidential information, if you forget your password, you will need to call
customer service for assisatance. Therefore, please be careful not to lose your password.

Why Should I Do This?
By using this form you are asking your Supplier, TransGuardian’s client, to extend your business credit
to buy valuable merchandise on terms.
Required Information
In the following credit application, some of the information is mandatory to be able to evaluate your
request to buy merchandise on credit from your Supplier. Mandatory information is marked with an asterisk
(*).
Some of the information requested is optional, but if you do not provide some information, an evaluation
of your credit could result in a lower credit rating. If you are confident that your credit analysis
will be strong anyway, you may wish to leave out the optional information.
Part of TransGuardian’s credit analysis will include a check of credit bureau reports (credit history)
for your business and for the personal credit history for the top one or two, executives or principals
of your business.
Confidentiality
Your financial information will be kept confidential by Transguardian, and will be used only for Trade Risk Authorization analysis. Your
financial information and private information about individuals will not be released to any one other
than Transguardian and Transguardian's credit analysts (except to the extent necessary to actually collect
on an unpaid debt).
Security
This website is secure and uses the same SSL data encryption for your data as used for credit card numbers.
Completing the Application
If you do not answer all of the questions in the application, you can return later and add new information.
However, you cannot change the information already entered without calling TransGuardian customer support.
If you do not answer the required questions, your Credit Application may be considered incomplete.
Maintaining Accurate Credit Data
Errors on your credit bureau reports could cause our analysis to be less accurate than we desire. We
encourage you to review those credit bureau reports and demand correction of any errors. If you need
