Q. Is there a TransGuardian Membership Fee?

Q. Is the TransGuardian Membership selective?
A. Yes. TransGuardian reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at TransGuardian's sole discretion.

Q. Are there additional charges for other services?
A. Yes. TransGuardian strives to keep fees as low as possible. To the best of our knowledge, our fees are priced far more affordably than those of any other supplier. And in many cases, there is no comparable supplier.

Q. How are late shipment refunds handled under TransGuardian's Secure Transit Coverage?

The discounted prices that TransGuardian has negotiated for its Members include the condition from the carrier that late deliveries are ineligible for the service guarantee refunds offered by the carrier with standard pricing.

Q. Are the other services discounted for Affiliated Association Members?
A. Yes.

Q. I don't belong to one of your Affiliated Associations. How can I get their discounts?
A. Join one of our Affiliated Associations. They have many other Member Benefits, and their Members will enjoy discounts on all the new services TransGuardian will roll out.

Q. Can my Association qualify for similar discounts?
