All or nearly all of TransGuardian’s business involves services, rather than products, and these services are provided immediately upon payment through TransGuardian’s website or through direct correspondence with TransGuardian’s office and staff. Therefore, the services will be completely provided and concluded almost immediately upon payment, or shortly thereafter.

In the event of a technical failure, so that you pay for services that are not actually delivered because of a technical interruption, you will be entitled to a full refund of any charges for those services that failed due to technical reasons.

In some cases, TransGuardian may provide insurance or transportation for your products, which you would have to pay for before your products are shipped. In the event that your shipment is canceled, or you decide not to use TransGuardian’s services for that shipment, you may cancel TransGuardian’s services by calling our office. However, such cancellation must be requested before midnight in your time zone on the day that your products are actually shipped, that is, well before the results are known of the shipment. If TransGuardian’s services are properly cancelled before shipment, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees you have paid for the cancelled services.

The discounted prices that TransGuardian has negotiated for its Members for Secure Transit Coverage include the condition from the carrier that late deliveries are ineligible for the service guarantee refunds offered by the carrier with standard pricing.

In the event that you are purchasing a physical product from TransGuardian, you will be entitled to a full refund for any reason if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, or within 90 days if there is a defect in the product that existed when it was shipped to you.
