With its administrative office in Petersham Massachusetts, TransGuardian has two customer-facing service centers in the New York City and Los Angeles Diamond Districts, and has over 7,000 registered, cloud-based clients, including retailers, wholesalers, warehouses, and manufacturers in many vertical markets, including gems and jewelry, precious metals, currency, numismatics, fine art, apparel, firearms, medical devices, insurance, personal effects, and general cargo.

Jim Moseley, CEO, developed the FedEx DVX (high-value shipping) program, Ferrari International, ONE Service (which ultimately became G4Si, now owned by UPS Capital), Prosegur Asia/Pacific, and the Brinks Air Courier Network in Italy, Belgium, India, Pakistan, Thailand and many other countries.

Madlene Moseley, COO/CFO worked in management in two leading postal industry providers, Neopost and Pitney Bowes. She was also Manager of Marketing Resources for the multinational charity, World Vision, Inc.

Randy Miller, CTO, is a software engineer with 33 years’ experience, covering programming for agricultural billing, manufacturing software programming, including time and attendance, purchasing, materials resource planning, and general IT, GoldMine CRM training, custom programming, and process design and implementation. Randy has managed the development and maintenance of TransGuardian’s software since 2005.
