TransGuardian develops innovative and customized solutions for the gem and jewelry, fashion, and other specialized vertical markets. We call our model "solutions arbitrage" - finding the best answers to acute needs and delivering them to entire industries with innovative and easily accessible user interfaces. Such services include small parcel and freight services, transit insurance, credit insurance, security packaging and trade compliance.
Jim Moseley, President/CEO, managed the FedEx DVX (high-value shipping) program from September 2001 to October 2005 and was responsible for most of its growth and development. He was the founder/owner of ONE Service. He was President of Ferrari International, Vice President Asia/Pacific of Prosegur, Inc., and Director of International Development for Brink's, Inc., where he was instrumental in founding or developing key Brink's services, including the Brink's Italian gold jewelry courier service, Brink's Arya (India), the Brink's Antwerp Diamond Courier System, Brink's Thailand, Brink's Pakistan, Brink's Singapore and others. He has designed and implemented many new logistics solutions for the gem and jewelry trade, living or working in the USA, Belgium, Israel, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, the UK, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Panama and the Caribbean. He attended Hampshire College, Amherst Massachusetts, the University of Miami School of Medicine, and Keble College at Oxford University. He is the author of four published books, including A Caravan from Hindustan and The Mystery of Herbs and Spices.
Greg Finck, Vice President. In 1970 Mr. Finck began his career in law enforcement with the city of Glendale, California. He attended the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Academy, Los Angeles City College, and Brigham Young University. He later moved to the Hollywood Burbank Airport where he reached the rank of Captain and Watch Commander. At the Airport he became interested in a startup company called Federal Express, based in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Finck joined Federal Express and served in management positions for the next thirty years, retiring as the Managing Director of Corporate Security for the Western United States. Mr. Finck has a strong background in criminal and civil investigations as well as management skills acquired in his many leadership positions in law enforcement and at Federal Express. Mr. Finck founded G.W. Finck & Associates in 1981. His firm quickly became one of the most successful investigative companies doing title insurance and mortgage fraud investigations in the United States.
